Angela Romney has spent over 15 years sharing her love of music with students of all ages, helping them uncover their own musical voices. From flute to piano, voice to ukulele, she delights in guiding each student on a personal journey of discovery and growth. A Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Music, specializing in vocal performance, Angela combines her formal training with a heartfelt passion for teaching.

Angela currently plays with the Charlotte Flute Choir and the Carolina Wind Orchestra, and has shared her voice in community choirs and musical theater productions. Her teaching experience spans a remarkable range—from preschoolers taking their first music steps to adults in their seventies pursuing lifelong learning, including students with speech challenges and individuals on the autism spectrum.

For Angela, teaching music isn’t just a job—it’s her calling. She creates a warm, encouraging space where students can explore, be creative, and gain confidence, all while cultivating a lifelong love of music. She continues her own musical journey through flute and piano lessons, showing that learning never truly ends when you love music.  Because Angela continues taking flute and piano lessons herself, she truly understands what her students experience, making her teaching empathetic, supportive, and relatable. She creates a space where students gain confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of music.
